I got my new (assembled) Pocket Reform today and the side power standby switch is not working. I can’t get it to power up.
I reported it to Support and got a ticket back but the reply said “Please note that our main support desk person is currently on vacation until Tuesday, May 26th”. Is their out-of-office still switched on or have they taken extra days off?
I also wrote today to check on my MNT Reform order, as I am likely going to move around the country next couple months. Got the same auto-reply, but probably they forgot to turn it off.
Hmmm.. i took the bottom plate off and both batteries were connected. I will run through the checklist again tomorrow. Support have mailed me to say they’re sending a new audio/switch board which I’ll fit.
My bad, I did indeed forget to take out that note of absence from our auto-reply – thanks for alerting us about it, who knows how long it would have remained there otherwise!
