I cut them from a sheet of self-adhesive foam rubber. The material can also be bought on a roll.
Edit: o.k., googled “ocd”. I understand; so I may not be helpful 
But if you go with the 706090 there won’t be much space left. So maybe you dont’t need the strips anyway…
