Issues installing Firefox using Apt

One limitation of the snapshot.d.o method is, that it only works for packages on snapshot.d.o. These days, packages like reform-tools and reform-handbook are in Debian, so they can also be found on snapshot.d.o. But for your situation this does not help because your system is at a point long before the packages were in Debian and thus you still source packages like reform-tools and reform-handbook from the MNT repository which is only serving you the latest version and not the old versions anymore. What you just stumbled upon, is a bug that is fixed with more recent versions of the involved packages. See this thread for details: Package reform-branding blocks apt

Essentially, try to install the latest version of these packages: reform-tools, reform-handbook, reform-branding
