So I want to order rk3588/32GB but after in confirm process I found my billing address is wrong so I click edit and I jump the billing address, after I finish edit MNT SHOP jump back to payment but I already payed with PayPal.
Now I can’t confirm my order, what could I do?
Update: both MNT account and PayPal don’t have this order information .
I’m hoping PayPal will show the order attempt after a while otherwise hopefully your payment method will let you reverse. PayPal APIs are a bit strange from what I’ve experienced but hopefully it will be ok soon.
Sorry for any issues there, but if Paypal doesn’t show the order/payment activity in your account, then there was no money taken from you. If there was a payment, we can also see it and find the order. If you see a transaction in your paypal account, please send us any associated info incl your paypal email address to support@mntre.com. I’m also monitoring that address.
I got my problem resolved.
Apparently if the charge didn’t show on PayPal, the payment is pending and if buyer doesn’t complete the order in 20 minutes, the charge will automatically get cancelled and you can order again.
But within those 20 minutes the money will actually be charge so if you try to buy again, PayPal will tell you don’t have sufficient fund.(if you only have amount of money that you pay with your order in your account.)
