I literally just learned about anodizing aluminum (and titanium) as both a strengthening and coloring strategy yesterday. It seems super-easy. The body of Reforms are just milled aluminum, seems like it could be a cool and easy way to personalize your device. Any reason why this wouldn’t work, like it’s got some kind of epoxy coating, or it’s already been anodized to its current color? I read it can throw off the threading of wells…?

It will work, I re-anodizing my pocket reform shell from black to silver.
I believe other reform aluminum part can also get re-anodizing.
