I broke the flat flex connector on the keyboard side. Be super careful when you try to open the connector.
Sorry I don’t have photos of this, it’s a little small for my smart phone camera to focus on.
Also this forum software is obnoxious.
And a little small for my eyes to see anything at all, so it took a while to figure out how to open the connector keyboard-side:
lift up the bail – (like a mouse-trap?)
I heard back from MNT the other day, and have ordered replacement connectors. I ordered 10, hopefully I only need 1 of them. If anyone else makes the same mistake, ping me.
