Any tips on how to quickly change the hinges on the Pocket Reform? I am doing it for cosmetic reasons as the black paint chipped a bit, so switching to silver.

The steps are well defined in the assembly guide (https://mntre.com/documentation/pocket-reform-diy-assembly-manual-v4.pdf) steps 8 and 9.
Seems one of those cases where you should do the reverse steps from 28, 27… until step 9

It was thankfully a very easy job!
Simply remove the fascia plate around the display and the keyboard, then you can unscrew the hinges, attach the new ones, screw them in place, and reattach the plates. (If the magnets come out just make sure to align them appropriately).
