I would like to give Dwarf Fortress a try on my Pocket but the official builds are x86 only.
Has anyone got it to run (without a full VM in qemu or sth like that) or is there an arm64 build somewhere?

To my knowledge there is no ARM64 build.
You could of course ask at the official DF Forums if Toady would be willing to make one, but given that it’s effectively a new platform, that would require a new (virtual) buildserver (or worse: cross-compilation), I doubt he has the time…
There have been several attempts to play it via Box64 (see MNT Reform Gaming Thread), but performance is an issue, at least on the A311D or the i.MX8MQ. It’s certainly playable, but not very enjoyable…
I don’t know if anyone has tried it on a Rockchip SoM yet. Maybe it runs well enough on those with Box64?
Runs seemingly fine on rk3588 with box64. I haven’t played much ever but think about it from time to time so launched it and started a world. Took 5ish minutes. Longer than I remember on x86_64 but better than the first time I spun it up over a decade ago. I can’t comment on how a late game run might fare.
