Email rejection: "We reject all hotmail"

I received an email about my order, but trying to reply I get back:

Sender address rejected: We reject all hotmail

Is it possible to whitelist me, or would you prefer a different communication method?

Hello,

Tried sending the email again in case you’d re-configured your email server but not messaged, but the email is still rejected.

Is anyone able to help with this?
