When I tried to export the latest screen bezel file, I ran into trouble:
I get an error message that says, “Board outline is missing or not closed using 0.010mm tolerance. Run DRC for full analysis.”
DRC finds 9 separate errors where curves and lines are separate shapes that aren’t integrated into a single outline. I haven’t been able to find fixes on either Kicad forums or Reddit that don’t refer to starting over from scratch.
I tried using the earlier “pref-display-front” file as a workaround, but it turns out the space for the screen is too big in the vertical dimension by about a millimeter and ended up causing a lot of light bleed from the edge of the screen.
How can I resolve the errors so I can export this into a .STEP file?
