New forum poster here. Finally got my old MNT Reform back up and running from when I bought it a few years back. But I’m noticing some slow performance with the NXP i.MX8MQ CPU I originally bought with it. I would like to try dailying it, so I’m hoping I can upgrade to the RK3588.
If anyone is selling an RK3588, please let me know! I have no issue buying it from the store if need be, but I’m trying to avoid the long lead times if possible
Also, I will be selling my NXP i.MX8MQ if anyone would like to purchase it!
If you don’t mind to wait a bit, unless somebody else shows up before, I’m sure you will find somebody with an unused RK3588 once the first users upgrade to QUASAR: MNT Quasar QCS6490 Processor Module - MNT Research Shop
Thanks! That’s a good point, I hadn’t thought about that. It sounds like they’ll be getting shipped out relatively soon so maybe my best bet is to wait and see if any pop up. Appreciate the input!
