My pocked reform did not power on this morning

I got my pocket reform two weeks ago. It was working perfectly. However, this morning it did not power on. I thought it could be the battery, so I connected it to the charger. It still does not power on when plugged into the charger.

Is it charging? Can you turn on the little screen above the keyboard and check the charging situation and the battery percentage? Is there any lights on the right hand side of the device when it is charging? Are they red? If not try a new charger.

It is not charging at all. No light nor the small screen reporting the battery state is shown. The USB-C charger is working.

Not all chargers and cables are effective I find although this has greatly changed with the V2 charging board (not sure which you have, but this could also potentially be an issue as these are known to be unreliable and break). Definitely message support as slv suggested but it will also be worth testing an alternative charger. There is a list somewhere on here of chargers that are known to be reliable.

I wonder if you have followed the power troubleshooting section, for self-assistance with Pocket power issues. It’s bit obscured behind the menu. My original intention was to share the link for you to try first, instead of opening a service ticket. Could help resolve the issue faster than waiting for support engagement.
