New Pocket Reform, Display Flashing and Doesn’t Boot

Hi,

I just received an MNT Pocket Reform from CrowdSupply. I switched the standby power switch and turned it on but am not able to get to the Setup Wizard as the screen just continues to flash.

I have left it plugged in over night but still seeing the issue. I’ve seen a few topics about this but not sure where the best place is to start. Any advice welcome, thanks!

Hi rachmax and welcome to the forum! What topics have you seen about this issue? (I cannot remember having read about it). I don’t think this issue is yet covered on https://support.mnt.re/ Other than waiting for replies in this thread you could contact MNT with your issue via that form.
