I just connected my new standalone keyboard to computer and is does nothing. I used the original cable and then an alternative one.
No LED display, nothing is visible in the dmesg on computer when the keyboard is connected.
Do I need to do any another step. Or what I have to check first?

I’m sorry about this bad experience. We flash and test every keyboard via USB-C so it either something got damaged in transport or it’s a bad cable. Or the standalone switch is switched off for some reason. Could you open the keyboard and check if that is the case? It’s a DIP switch near the top right corner of the keyboard PCB.

Yes, the switch was in the “off” position for some reason.
So now the keyboard is alive and I going to test it.
