No response on order for >3 months

Hey I was wondering if anyone has had issues with an order not getting any updates or responses to orders (Pocket Reform), or if there’s a supply issue or something happening right now that’s slowing things down. I tried contacting support with no response. I really don’t want to cancel my order.

Usually that means there’s a supply issue with some part.

Hi, that’s highly unusual. Normally you should have an automated ticket number from our support. Do you have one? Then I’ll look into it.

There is one person we were not able to reach via email at all, so I ended up writing a letter but still didn’t get a response…

Yeah there was an automated ticket but no response for 2 weeks. It was issue #5411. I imagine something must’ve gotten lost in the chain of communication?

I’ve found your ticket and am sorry that you haven’t got a response yet. It is still waiting for batch allocation which means that we have a large amount of orders for RK3588 based devices and will get 60 modules tomorrow that are not enough to fill the complete order queue. We will assign these to orders tomorrow depending on a combination of order date/age and any other holdups like other missing components in the order. Then you’ll get an answer about your order ETA. Also, I’m going to put in a new order for another big batch of RK3588 modules and also move production of the adapter boards to a PCBA house that is quicker than PCBway.
