Couple things:
You can add images here in discourse directly, no need for that external uploader. I didn’t want to download an image from an external source I wasn’t familiar with.
I, and possibly others, see updates here via RSS. Updating/editing a post doesn’t trigger an rss refresh. You’ll see more views if you just make new replies to your original.

Yes… well, I tried and it would not let me. there is no risk to using an external source if you are using linux. So i find that bit of info offensive, like its just something you said to be rather unpleasant. I am sure that isn’t you reason, but it comes across that way.

I had to use a different computer with a disgustingly modern web browser. I prefer palemoon you see and that browser seems to be unable to upload pictures. Really infuriating. Discourse is unfortunate software

Maybe change the title from “Selling pocket mnt reform” to “Selling MNT Pocket Reform”. If you like, I can pin your topic until you find a buyer.
You might also want to include other details about your model. Which processor module do you have in it? The original im8mplus? “base version” is not terribly descriptive I find.

No idea, I’m not an expert at selling things either. I was just throwing ideas around.
I am a moderator on the Purism forums and had composed a guide for marketplace items, which may be helpful.
Helpful, to see, would it be helpful to try to sell on ebay? or no. To make shipping easier I mean. if so, I am willing.
Depending on how much time you want to invest in the sale, I would suggest that it’s in your best interest to place the item in several marketplaces including eBay for the best exposure at a competitive price. The cost of shipping would ultimately be passed to the buyer and you’d likely have to package the item regardless, so you might as well get it in front of as many potential customers as possible.
I ponder making it a requirement for the user to have an account here. I want to make sure a bot/scammer doesn’t trick me into accepting their offer. I have had that happen before.
