Hello all; I just pulled the trigger on a hyper reform next. However although it indicates Sept as the shipping date on the order page, the order confirmation page lists it as December.
Just wanted to know when I can anticipate it

You do not have to have followed many crowdfunders to be able to take a good guess that it will be the latter of the two dates. Like trains, it is easy for crowdfunders to lose time but very hard for them to claw it back.
The cynical realist would likely respond with “expect it sometime in 2026.” This is not to diss MNT or attempt to upset you, simply the fact that making a thing, especially something complicated like a laptop, almost invariably takes longer than expected, mostly due to factors outside the manufacturers control.
It feels disingenuous, because the updated time is not displayed on the actual order page. So I ordered it thinking the anticipated date was in Sept, but it’s only AFTER the charge that I could see the updated delivery date. In fact the crowdsupply page still lists Sept as the expected delivery date.
You are right, @DanMan, the two dates should be the same. This looks like a bug in the Crowd Supply system. Even if there was already a delay added – although the funding phase was not even finished, which would be very unusual – this should be the same value.
This question needs to be separated from the crowdsupply inconsistency/bug.
This is where the crowd funding aspect comes into play. Three months in such a campaign are not really a big thing. A small hardware manufacturer that has little leverage over suppliers (read about how they got delayed and even ripped off from the different display suppliers when producing the Pocket Reform), has a small team it depends on and currently just has a prototype that still has “rough edges” that need to be smoothened out while producing the first batch cannot guarantee a date so precisely. Even big companies often delay new products (and do not give a specific date in the first place).
So, I would agree with @Squizzler that you can anticipate the delivery somewhere in 2026.
Ty guys; Ultimately I’m still really looking forward to it; but I do think someone from the team should(have) update(d) the Crowdsupply page.
