Turn the keyboard lights off/on (or dim)?

Hi together,

I already figured out that brightnessctl set 0 “turns off” the display (yes, I know the other numbers between 1 and 255 change the brightness)…
but is something like that also possible for my single-color built-in keyboard light?

Kind Regards

The Pocket Reform keyboard backlight is controlled by holding down Hyper and turning the trackball.

The display backlight is controlled by Hyper+Super+F1/F2.

Or do you want a command for changing the kbd backlight?

Oops… I think I misunderstood something with the order on CrowdSupply.
Didn’t know I have RGB keyboard backlight.
A command for it would be nice… I need it for automation and remote.
Is it this “echo something to a Device” from other topics here?

You can see here:

Also, in the newish pocket keyboard firmware the keyboard autodims after some time.

Thank you for the answer.
I’m more the change to tty person.
My Idea would be to change the color to red when I switch to root. Or send periodically request to monitoring server and blink red when a new problem pops up.
