I was expecting a parcel from MNT a couple of weeks ago, but it ended up being returned to MNT’s office after UPS requested further details from MNT whilst in customs. I have yet to hear any update from MNT so I was wondering if anyone else has had this issue, and what they did? I have already gone down the support route but not heard anything. Any help or advice is much appreciated.
Hey there, we’re sending this package back to you, it was bounced because of a customs invoice issue. We just have to repack it because it was quite mangled by UPS. Sorry for the wait.

Many thanks for that! Apologies for my countries silly rules now. Annoying they were able to mangle it in such a short space of time. Any idea when it will be collected by UPS? Thank you!
