Hi.
I have two charger boards and new batteries. Everything works, except the charger board does not charge the batteries. I have meter and it shows 20V but the device draws 0A. The same charger can charge my phone or another laptop just fine. This is the Dell charger for laptop with integrated USB-C cable, so I don’t think it is a cable or charger issue. The wiring seems fine, otherwise the pocket reform would not even boot, right?
How can I diagnose the problem further?
And also why does not it run off the USB-C PD when connected? I can run with just USB-C PD with that jumper fix.
