FWIW there some people who want to have a trackpoint on their MNT Reform, and it’s challenging to integrate with the existing keyboard design.
Given the column of blank covers in the middle it might be feasible to provide a hole in the PCB for mounting a trackpoint making the keyboard attractive to wider audience.
