Yesterday was latest shipping day, anyone get a shipping notification from crowd supply?
No. Itâs so frustrating
I was hoping for an update yesterday myself, but nothing yet. Since multiple of us donât appear to have updates, and the date hasnât changed again, itâs probably worth holding hope for the moment.
Iâm happy to give Mouser a few working days of grace.
I donât think the stock levels at Mouser have changed either, so I donât know if the inventory has been received and/or processed.
Any update on my order? I just would like to to be here by the end of the year to be honest. I have waited a while already lol.
Also mine is not a hyper as I said above.
it has been six weeks since crowdsupply told me:
Our warehouse is about to receive those batches of Pocket Reform they just shipped us, so we expect your order to ship within the next week or two.
there has been no update since. two weeks ago, i asked them whether they got that batch in the end, and iâve heard nothing back. it really feels like theyâre trying to cover something up here; i donât like it
To bring some more transparency into the situation: on Nov 11 we did a count based on the available data from CS and decided what to include in the previous batch that we still had displays for:

Take note that some of the âunshipped crowdfundedâ here are stuck for a longer time because there was some issue (for example with address or US charger or antenna ordered to EU and) and customer did not respond or get in touch with Mouser/CS.
As you can see the backlog for most Hypers should be cleared, or in the next days as I got a stock mail from Mouser where they still hadnât shipped a number of these but they were received in stock and none of them were marked as âAvailable to sellâ, so I expect those to ship over the next days:

The upcoming batch is tricky because we had to switch to a new display that needed mechanical integration as well as a new hybrid driver that supports both displays in a plug-and-play fashion, which was incredibly hard to do. This driver works now for imx8mp and rk3588, but the new display doesnât yet work on a311d. Iâm doing overhours this week to get that ready to go until the end of the week. Everything else is ready here for these devices.
thank you for the update. i think this means that crowdsupply have my computer and just havenât shipped it yet? but im not sure. iâve had an open support ticket with them for two weeks and theyâve been completely silent on it
I was looking for your order in the list now according to the data you gave in this thread: Hyper, Black, Red Switches ordered on March 20, 2023. But I canât find a matching order. There is however a Single, Black, Red Switches order from March 20, 2023 which is marked unshipped. If you send me your order number (here in a direct message or lukas@mntre.com) I can ask someone from CS to look into it further.

The variety of keycap versions we were sent meant not all orders shipped with the previous batches sent by the MNT Research team. With the latest batch we just received at our warehouse - all remaining pre-orders are shipping. We expect your order to ship out later this week. Thatâs clearly wrong.
From the information provided by minute, all pre-orders are clearly not going to be cleared.
For example, those waiting for a non-hyper purple/white are waiting for a bit longer.
So take that message with a very strong grain of salt.
The table gives you a sense of if your order is going to be cleared in the last batch. I appreciate the information.
Does this mean the original frame that use JDI screen wonât be compatible with the new screen?
Sounds like we would need a new subframe or similar component to properly mount the new screen. Nothing that MNT couldnât provide in the shop, SHOULD you need to replace your screen. I donât think it is going to be a problem for anyone. MNT is real good about these sort of things!
Agree that itâs clearly not âall pre-ordersâ that will be shipped (assume he didnât know the actual status re MNT), but thankfully I have just received a shipping notification.
Hoping you and some others here may be included in that shipment. But at least we do now have accurate data thanks to @minute
