I don’t (yet?) have a Pocket Reform order, I’m just generally catching up on the forum. I just want to caution folks to be patient - this isn’t the first time Crowd Supply has been… shall we politely call it “suboptimal”… about customer service and communication regarding shipping orders. There was a whole other messy thread about it for the OG Reform: Where is my computer?
Hang in there. They eventually ship stuff, and it arrives in good shape, it just won’t be at or anywhere near any date they ever claim. The MNT crew doesn’t control much once they ship the bulk freight over to Mouser in Texas, which they do as quickly as they can (check Minute’s Mastodon posts if you want to be impressed to that end!)

I wish I knew if the estimated ship date was based on information or if it was just put out to limit status inquiries. Fingers crossed that those of us waiting on units can start playing with them before the end of October.
…It is so hard seeing all the community comments with challenges and solutions and only getting to be an observer. #practicingpatience

Same update for me (estimate pushed to 11/29). I’m waiting on Hyper bundle bought during the initial crowd fund phase, so it’s not just post-campaign units stuck in shipping purgatory.
I had contacted Crowd Supply to ask about it on Sept. 21st after another shipping estimate was missed, and their response was that my order was in their shipping queue and they were “waiting for more stock to arrive”. But, we know from campaign updates that the remaining crowd funded units were shipped to them on August 19th. I think pushing the estimate back by two months is def. to reduce the number of ‘where’s my computer’ emails they’re getting.
Not sure what’s happening at Crowd Supply, but I think all we can do is wait on them to do whatever it is that they’re doing.

Same here. This was the reply I got from CrowdSupply when I queried around the 20th September:
We hope there aren’t anymore delays, but they can always arise due to unforeseen circumstances. Hopefully they will be shipping here in the next handful of weeks.
Not sure what they mean by “handful” - I tried, but can’t fit any weeks in my hands.

I should be more used to waiting myself. I pre-ordered a Pyra Handheld in 2016, and still waiting for a unit (yes, they are making them, albeit really, really slowly).

hi, sorry, i’d like to second @Savasten’s request for an update on the displays. i ordered my pocket reform during the campaign (on the 20th of march 2023) and it has not shipped. it’s my understanding that something weird (?) happened to cause a delay for me specifically, but there seem to be other people with campaign orders in this thread in a similar situation. crowdsupply and mnt haven’t responded to my emailed requests for an update in over a week. is there somewhere we should be looking for information about what’s happening here?

Minute has provided some great updates on Mastadon. In summary the screen suppliers and back-up are still a challenge. They have been able to get some more units shipped to Crowd Supply(Mouser)
Below is a clip from the post on October 10th:
“some stats re MNT Pocket Reform @ Crowd Supply (with the data that i have access to):
—there are 30 unshipped crowdfunded devices
—there are 78 unshipped post-crowdfunding devices
we have 51 devices on the way to Mouser (they do the fulfillment). 57 to go to reach parity.”

Well, my upgrade kit (and some obligatory merch) has now been dispatched (thanks MNT). Hopefully, I won’t be waiting long until my actual Pocket arrives!

Thanks for the updates. What are the timelines from dispatch from MNT to notification from Crowdsupply? I.e. do we have any idea how long we’re waiting to find out if we’re receiving from this batch?

Is there anyone here that still didn’t get their MNT Pocket Reform ordered in the original crowdfunding (Mar/Apr 2023). If yes, which model? (permutation of single/hyper, purple/black case, white/red keyswitches). Asking because that can help us put together the current supply batches so that there’s a greater chance of getting the right stuff to people who are waiting the longest.

Any information on how many MNT storefront orders there are? By my calculations, we should be nearly through the post-crowdfunding orders from crowdsupply based on minute’s posts on mastodon. I placed my order through the MNT storefront and am curious as to approximately how many orders there are through there. I appreciate your transparency with the fulfillment of all the orders, just trying to get a mental model of how much longer I might have to wait for mine to be fulfilled. Between Mastodon and here, I’m quite happy with the frequency of the updates, and am looking forward to having my Pocket in hand

I’ve moaned on a bit about mine, but didn’t realise there are still some like yourself that have waited even longer. I hope they can expedite yours somehow.
Incidentally, I read a while back that “pull down to reload” on some apps/websites was designed around an addictive impulse similar to using a one-armed bandit, with the adrenoline rush that you might “get something good” feeding said addiction. I didn’t feel myself normally prone to such impulses, but waiting for my Pocket has been testing that…
Are you located in the US? If not, then the charger might be related to the delay at least it was for me: the charger cannot be shipped to e.g. the EU due to missing CE certification (I believe). I had to contact CS service and have them cancel the charger to actually get the Pocket shipped. They sort-of contacted me about that in 2023 but were so cryptic and never followed up that I forgot about it…
Now I finally got a shipment – however, they shipped the wrong color, so I am still waiting despite a Pocket sitting on the table next to me…
